I installed a new composite deck in 2010. Materials used were Timber Tech and Trex products. The contractor recommended I use Corte-Clean do remove mold and midlew. I apply the product twice a year as recommended. The results have been quite good and I would not use any other deck cleaner. For me, the key to success has been to stay "ahead of the game" and not let the mold & mildew get a head start. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to keep your composite material looking good through the years.
