I waited to try this product until this spring and based on all of the reviews it should have done a GOOD job on the mildew stains but it did not. It cleaned the surface dirt off the deck but nothing more. I had better luck with a product from Lowes called Olympic deck cleaner which i will go back to as the only reason i tried this was it was strickly for composite decks
