I have an approximately 10 year old TimberTech in Michigan. I have tried the Olympic Deck Cleaner, but noticed the mold getting worse, especially in the shaded areas. I then tried Corte Clean. I just returned from Florida and it is time for the spring cleaning, which I have been doing for years. I just re-ordered it for the spring cleaning. Great product. here it is.
