We have an older TimberTech deck in PA, where it has been raining for weeks. The installer told us to use Corte Clean, which we use to purchase at Lowe's and have used exclusively for years. It gets rid of the mold. We now purchase it directly and just again bought it for this year. The deck looks brand new when done.
