My Trex deck is in Maryland. I've been using Corte Clean spring and fall for approximately 10 years, since I installed it. I generally use it, around May and September or October; or when the mold shows signs of coming back. I power wash the deck first, then follow the products label directions with a pump sprayer I purchased from Lowe's. I use to special order Corte Clean from 84 Lumber, but just ordered online.
