At this moment of time I am becoming less impressed with One Call motor insurance having been denied access to my new policy, via this daft ineffectual Portal, I recall having similar problems two years ago with this insurer which prompted me to defect back to Saga.
When my One Call policy is eventually sorted out I will have serious doubts about whom to renew my car insurance with next year.
