Spoke online to Elisha username ET3 as I wanted to cancel my home contents policy. She took time to ask reasons and came up with a lot better quote. She checked affordability with me and offered monthly installments with zero interest. Very helpful as a pensioner. She didn't try to sell me any add ons just what I asked for. Elisha ET3 is a credit to the company.

I have just been assisted by MG9 while on a chat with her. Initially I made a mistake when using her name but there was no complaint. I am not particularly tech savvy, but MG9 showed great patience and took me thru a step by step guide to be able to resolve my particular issue. She was polite and professional throughout.

I used the online chat after having issues with the portal. I was helped by customer service agent EF1 and Emily was superb. She made the change to my policy that I'd ben unable to make using the portal and honoured the portal admin fee. The whole process was done quickly and efficiently and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Emily

chatted with MB1 I was a little worried that the e mail was a scam as it was asking me for ALL my details name , name on bank card , bank , account number , sort code , date of birth , Everything . I've had a direct debit for two years with One Call so surely you already know all that ? Anyway I explained this to MB1 and he/she totally put my mind at ease , & sorted out my renewal . explained every detail & talked me through it , I feel a received a fantastic service & think MB1 is a great employee , a big thank you.
