I can honestly say that my agent, ET1, went above and beyond to provide an excellent service in helping me choose the best home insurance cover for my needs. When asked if he could match a cheaper premium I had seen online, he was extremely helpful in working out various options which he explained very clearly, politely and in a professional manner. I was most impressed and am grateful for the excellent service given.

Spoke to fs2 over the phone today and she helped me cancel my policy. She offered me a new policy as mine was no longer valid with the changes I wanted to make. She was very polite and sweet.

I'm happy to relay....Joel x 1 Chat & Ayssa M x 1 Chat each delivered prompt & excellent Customer Service to me today over as issue that I've struggled with for more than 2 weeks of LiveChats with other Agents.....who have all been pleasant & helpful BUT just haven't been able to sort the problem. HM1 helped me sort a problem changing the vehicle on my policy after a fish attempt trying to do it on your website. Have to say it would have probably saved everyone time and money if agents had the ability to speak to clients over the phone.

The user the helped me was AW1. This employee was very helpful, explaining things slowly and in detail, which was appreciated for someone who is new to paying insurance. I would hope that next time I use the live chat service, that I am paired with AW1.
