“Hi Good morning Onecall team I would like to say a thanks to MG9 who assisted me on the chat support this morning , I am a new Onecall customer I wasn't sure if my new home insurance policy was actually active as hadn't received any confirmation email to say that it was only the welcome email then the portal email but no final confirmation email or saying that my financial checks had been cleared and was ok , this has been confirmed by MG9 requested a copy of my new policy to be sent in the post for me to help with my home documents file.”

“Have very mixed views of this company, but must firstly praise the persons who dealt with my issues, they were both helpful and understanding. But that’s where it ended, I had 2 vehicles insured via one call, a car that I cancelled the insurance on a month in advance, because I didn’t realise I was pay so much monthly for it, and a motorcycle that was automatically renewed and I was unaware of it, that had £40 put on top of the renew quote! I may have just had a poor experience with this company, and maybe some of it was my fault, but find renewing an insurance policy and not advising me they where doing it or had done it wrong. Sorry one call, I will not be using your services again….”

“Just renewed my insurance over chat with the chat agent SM5 who was super helpful and quickly got me a better quote for my insurance. Normally these kind of things can take for ever but the chat responses were near enough instant and what can normally be a pain was instead smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend to others.”
