“HM1 was very helpful with my query. I have recently got rid of my car and so needed to cancel my policy as I'm covered for now for driving my boyfriend's car. Otherwise I wouldn't have cancelled as I've been perfectly happy with One Call Insurance. I used the Chat function to carry out the cancellation and HM1 the young lady who helped me, did so efficiently and in a friendly, courteous manner. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them again.”

“The portal and customer service is absolutely fine, the portal is a bit bare bones but not sure what else you would want on there. I have not had to claim on the insurance but their breakdown service was great. At renewal I had to wait in a horribly long queue that took several hours, as I was looking to cancel due to price increases and that is the only way to do so. However, I was dealt with by ff2, who managed to knock off a lot of money and I have renewed. Would be 5 star if the queue was not so horrible.”
