“Was really difficult to get a reasonable insurance cost then One Call gave me the best price by a long way. I was really happy until like started to receive various texts and emails about wanting various documents. But in tge energy we got there and the last online e chat adviser went above what the extra mile to get what I wanted and with no charge. Very helpful in the end”

“I am delighted with the customer service l got at One Call Insurance. The person I spoke to was Leanne, (LE6. Leanne - Warren -le6). I had to confirm some detail on my car insurance renewal. Leanne also did her best with the price for a renewal but couldn't beat another company who was offering a quote. In the end Leanne couldn't beat the new quote from elsewhere but was very good at asking questions.”

“Discussion with LC6 regarding my motorbike renewal due shortly. I wasn't happy with the new quote. Leon (LC6) was able to offer me a very good quote after obtaining further details from me. I will now be renewing with One Call Insurance for the 2nd year. Only issue I had with the Live Chat was the time it took between the chats... apart from that it was very good.”

“Hi Leanne Warren LE6 dealt with my car insurance quote for me . The price she got for me was very competitive and she was so professional , kind and explained everything clearly to me . She rang me back when she said she would and made the whole process totally stress free . Made me want to stay with One Call and definitely feel she deserves recognition for her hard work .”
