Had a problem a few months ago, customer service was poor then and I was going to renew with another company. SP6 was a great help today and was able to resolve and issues and helped me obtain a competitive new quote which I have accepted 👍

Been with One Call many years now. Noticed a change in Direct Debit amount which concerned me as my husband is now on my policy. At renewal thought I had changed the policy inadvertently!!!. Will checked for me, all the same as a platinum policy holder. All it was was a price change. Lovely guy, reassuring as I was a bit distressed. One Call all the way for me and my loyalty has been appreciated and rewarded by the outstanding customer service I have had for many years. Thank you

I didnt have to queue for using the customer support chat. I got super quick response and answers to my questions. The best bit was the reduced renewal quote which was as competitive as those on comparison sites. Perfect. One more satisfied customer. Thank you DB7.
