“I have already left one review extolling my satisfaction with the speed and efficiency of the service I received when using the OneCall chat facility. I found that Christopher M (CM1) connected quickly and was able to respond to my queries promptly and accurately, including providing me with a copy of the key policy documentation (which I already held but was unsure which document to refer to). I was very satisfied with my experience.”
