I have had problems using the service. On Saturday the 8th August I was on the line for nearly 2hrs,then cut off. I was on about the same amount of time the Sunday on the 9th, but to be fair the person did try all she could to help me, but she didn't have the relevant details, so I am waiting for a phone call from your sale team tomorrow, which means I cannot get to work in my new van in the morning! All I needed to do was change my van details on my insurance which only has one month left to run.
