EW9 really stepped up in resolving an issue concerning switching NCD that my husband had earned with our previous insurance company onto my self in good time . His timely suggestion meant the policy would not be cancelled and saved me £50 + which was most welcome.

My house contents insurance renewal was handled by ET1, who was extremely polite, efficient and informative. After our discussion of the policy contents , which was really helpful, I renewed the contract for £2 less than last year! Very happy!

Just renewed my car insurance with one protect. Brilliant service,could not of been easier. Agent was brilliant with my request as I had questions then chose something different. Lewis was very polite and understanding. I had forgotten my home insurance policy number but he did everything he could to help me. All sorted now due to this gentleman’s professional approach to problem solving. If you do have an employee of the month or year then Lewis should definitely be in the number one spot.

NP3 - phone lines closed but Chat Line great. Understood my question & had the answer within a flash. Job done & one very happy client. Don't get on too well with today's technology but if this is anything to go by then bring it on! Great to get service like this.

Hi - 'Philip V' was a great help with me when dealing with my new policy with OneCall - I had been unable to manage a change of cars through loss of my previous one and purchase of new one and crossover. I dread having these kind of conversations particularly with online chat but Philip was very helpful, responsive, and came up with a solution which worked with my new car insurance policy. I'm glad I stayed with OneCall as had looked at others but throughout loss of my previous car have been very helpful and prompt. Thank you Philip.
