Josh - JC8 called me this afternoon after I left a request for a callback. Very pleasant young man, sent me a link for me to access my new home insurance policy and stayed on the line to make sure it worked and I could see my policy document. I requested a paper copy of my new policy which I hope I will receive very soon.

LEANNE WARREN- LE6 AT ONE CALL SORTED OUT OUR RENEWAL TODAY- VERY HIGHLY EFFICIENT- TOTALLY CLEAR AND UNDERSTANDING- KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND DID A CRACKING PRICE- WHICH- WHEN I ASKED IF IT WAS NOT "TOO CHEAP" SHE REASSURED US THAT WE WERE WELL COVERED.. ONE FALL DID SORT OUR CLAIM AGAINST A FREE RUNNING WID DEER VER EFFICIENTLY SOME YEARS AGO AND WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM EVER SINCE- GREAT TEAM- AND LEANNE IS AS GOOD AS YOU COULD ASK FOR FROM THEIR TEAM.
