“I recently removed a driver from my policy (who had been temporarily added to cover an emergency situation) and I was concerned that I hadn't seen the refund go back into my account. I had a live chat with EW2 who was extremely quick to locate the information. She then explained that the refund would come back to me through an alteration to my direct debit and exactly how that would work. It removed a lot of worry very quickly.”
