“chatted with MB1 I was a little worried that the e mail was a scam as it was asking me for ALL my details name , name on bank card , bank , account number , sort code , date of birth , Everything . I've had a direct debit for two years with One Call so surely you already know all that ? Anyway I explained this to MB1 and he/she totally put my mind at ease , & sorted out my renewal . explained every detail & talked me through it , I feel a received a fantastic service & think MB1 is a great employee , a big thank you. Mr peter Hooper .”
