“Rhianna who was at the end of my WebChat provided clarity, was efficient and helpful. However, One-Call's insurance system inflicts a cumbersome, time-consuming process onto those wishing to stop auto renewal! The departure process was so bureaucratic that I found myself feeling blessed that I didn't ever need to make a claim during the year I was insured with them. Auto renew was expensive but following the web chat the quote became competitive.”
