Very hard to get in touch. Tried calling on Friday, was on hold for ages. Disconnected. Then had to register on portal to do it myself. That was hard work. Then didn’t recognise the car. Tried for a live chat from 9.00 today. Eventually connected at 12.02

Excellent customer service today from LE6.Leanne Warren-le6. This was somewhat in contrast to my previous contact with One Call . Leanne was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and came across as extremely confident whilst she was resolving the problem for me today with renewing my motorcycle insurance policy. Leanne even managed to reduce my premium by a small amount. In my experience there is no substitute to that of actually speaking with a person. Livechat isn't always successful.

On the chat my agent was EW3. He was very helpful in reducing my renewal. Only criticism I have is my renewal quote was very high and it took a chat of some 40 minutes to reduce it to an amount that was comparable with other insurers offering the same cover. This was not the fault of the agent.

I spoke to KT7 today who was amazing. The help was almost instant, the information I got was very clear and the price I got was great. Renewing with One Call Insurance was a no-brainer with service like this.

MC2 sorted things out for me so quickly. I needed to access my account but realised that I never finalised the activation of my account at the time of purchasing H&C insurance. I logged into live chat and within a couple of minutes, MC2 got me access to my account and ensured that a renewal quote would be sent out very soon. Simple and effective. Thanks! :)

Easy to get sorted, very good price, I missed an important piece of information, which they chased instead of invalidating the insurance, it was easily fixed, with no fuss. Great service and at this point, would definitely recommend.
