“Just took out new motor insurance with OneCall and I needed to check some policy details. I used Live Chat. I was 20th in the queue but I soon was no 3 and Connor, username CN4 picked up the chat. He was very professional and efficient. I had questions regarding checking that OneCall knew about my SP50 and confirming my monthly fees. Both my questions were answered super fast by Connor CN4. If this is an example of OneCall’s service then I will be a very happy customer.”
