I sold my 2nd car and needed to cancel the policy and have all the no claims added to one policy. I called and spoke with Tommy TM7, he was very polite and efficient. He did everything I requested and quickly. Excellent service

IAs an existing customer I was having problems with One Call Portal and the live chat system didn’t understand my enquiry and was not a good experience (please bring back the phone lines One Call) ….I was given the number to call phone staff and what a different experience, it was so good to speak with KG6 as she understood exactly what was required with my change of vehicle request and put everything in place right away in a very professional and polite manner…. great customer service KG6 Thankyou

I spoke to Sarah who helped me I was rather worried about a email that was sent out by mistake making me worried as proof of a no claims bonus I uploaded didn’t get validated straight away and I had worrying email saying my payments was going up this was sent out by mistake Sarah reassured me it would be validated and no increase in payments she was very helpful as I found this difficult not being able to speak about my frustration But she was very helpful xx

I contacted one call insurance on the 18/12/2025 regarding an enquiry about a letter I received about cancelling my insurance policy. however I was able to rectify this by contacting the live chat service. the customer service I received from username EF1 was outstanding. my enquiry was delt with in a very professional manner and my insurance policy was still in place by the end of the live chat.
