SM5 was very helpful and responsive as the customer service rep; and they gave a very competitive revised quotation. However, it was disappointing that the renewal quotation was only able to be reduced by contacting OneCall rather than the one sent through at renewal. It was impossible to work out how to cancel the auto-renew payment on the portal without contacting the company.

Excellent, quick service. Struggled to make the changes on line due to the system not recognising my new address but Isabelle sorted it with no problem in the chat feature. Superb service... And no price rises for 3 years!!
