The customer service advisor was very professional and courteous but unfortunately could not get me a lower price on my car insurance. Don't worry I managed to get one from another broker.

EK2 was an excellent representative of she was kind and sensitive and sorted everything for my car insurance that had been cancelled. She helped me with the IT aspect and led me through what I had to complete in my portal. Despite paying £106 for a change of address she got me a discount and £4.38 back. Thank you Erika K

Had a change in work circumstances and existing policy was not suitable . Spoke with Niall , he listened , and found a new policy with the cover I needed and extra for peace of mind and happy with the quote to take the policy . Thank you NE1 for all your help . Great Customer Support.
