“Had a problem a few months ago, customer service was poor then and I was going to renew with another company. SP6 was a great help today and was able to resolve and issues and helped me obtain a competitive new quote which I have accepted 👍”

“Been with One Call many years now. Noticed a change in Direct Debit amount which concerned me as my husband is now on my policy. At renewal thought I had changed the policy inadvertently!!!. Will checked for me, all the same as a platinum policy holder. All it was was a price change. Lovely guy, reassuring as I was a bit distressed. One Call all the way for me and my loyalty has been appreciated and rewarded by the outstanding customer service I have had for many years. Thank you”
