Called up One Call on Friday and spoke to fs2 (Faith) she was really helpful and change my vehicle over for me as I needed it done as soon as possible. She was sweet polite and also reconfirmed everything on the policy. She was an angel and is the most helpful person I have spoken to at One Call Insurance. She is an amazing asset to One Call Insurance and they are lucky to have her.

After the usual “ you are 5th in the queue “ and so on . Once I got through I spoke to Ai2 and they dealt with my request to cancel promptly . More importantly, didn’t grill me or pressure me to suspend or transfer the policy to another vehicle like I’ve had with other services I’ve used in the past . Just a quick and concise conversation and did exactly what I wanted. Great service

It seemed difficult at first to find how to stop policy renewal but as soon as i was in touch with an agent via online chat it was easy. Megan (MF7) was so helpful and professional and resolved my query very quickly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service I had a really positive experience today while sorting out my motorbike insurance. I queried a difference between the renewal paperwork and the online “spread the cost” price, and the advisor quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly, and honoured the lower price without any hassle. They then went a step further and requoted my policy based on updated details, managing to bring the premium down even further. Everything about the cover, excesses, endorsements, and optional extras was explained clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the chat they were patient, helpful, and professional. They checked details carefully, confirmed everything with me, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the transparency and the effort put in to get me the best deal. Overall, excellent customer service — friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Happy to recommend.
