ET1 was extremely helpful in resolving my query regarding the change of my credit card details from the one used last year to pay my premium renewal. He was most courteous and patient and facilitated the upcoming renewal premium to be paid online and my credit card details amended. As an elderly person, living alone it was most reassuring to have such thoughtful assistance from a real life person, rather than chatting to a “bot”!
