“I needed to make changes to my policy that couldn't be done online. I chatted with username sm6 (Sienna). She was very helpful, prompt and made the changes. Excellent service”

“Contacted JE7 to discuss my renewal quote. He worked hard to provide me with the right level of cover at the right price.
