I received a totally confusing renewal notice with a zip file and many files enclosed. Terms were confusing "Executive/Ultimate" cover and a 33% increase in broker fee. **KT7** explained the complexities and even had a requite done which gave me a better price. I was happy to renew as she was so helpful

One call insurance quoted the best price including gold cover for breakdown, compared to my previous car insurance. The customer service received via phone from KH2, to check the insurance cover was correct was second to none. He was courteous, informative and took the time to listen and answer questions fully an attribute to the company!

I spoke to TB2 today and he was very informative, he mentioned various add ons to my existing policy which I took note of. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to answer, although I'm happy with the policy at the moment if at any time I need to change anything or upgrade etc I'm confident it will be smooth and easy with using the porthole or over the phone.
