“I asked a question through the customer portal. A message said I might have to wait 10 minutes but I had an instant reply. i was given the information I needed before I had even supplied my reference number! Sara (SF7) responded quickly throughout our conversation. As an elderly person I usually prefer to speak on the phone. Using the portal turned out to be easy and efficient!”

“This is the second time I've dealt with CL4, and I find him very helpful. I have hearing aids due to industrial deafness. This can cause me problems with many phone calls. But not with CL4, as he is very clear.”
