I was more then pleased with his service once l got though to speak to a person l am of the old school would it’s nice to speak and just sorted out instead of texting to a machine.

Upload Portal not working to declare my 20year NCB. Agreed to accept email to different address which was sent ! Then I had a letter saying I failed to comply and declared I had no NCB at all and doubled my premium. Disgraceful service!!! I went straight back to AXA and took the rip off cancellation fee to get away ASAP

It’s impossible to speak to a person on the phone. This key information was not made clear at time of taking out my car insurance policy and is extremely disappointing. Live chat advisors are helpful but it takes way longer to sort out information required and removes human interaction. Not sure why the question below offers a selection of method of communication with the company as telephone as this is not available and my email was not responded to. I will never use this company again nor recommend to anyone else.

It is a terrible website I could get into My policy. Just needed an answer to a simple question. Had to put in my Details so many times, do I have to click on register or log in.? I gave up in the end. KB.

Had to cancel car insurance with them as we were messed about by them, one minute we were covered next day not covered. Tried to sort it out on their snap chat as they don’t supply a phone number, one hour on first snap chat then 50 minutes on second attempt. Refund a fraction of the true cost, let’s hope they are more efficient with my refund. Went back to my old insurance company and all done and dusted in 5 minutes, and it was cheaper than One Call. Save yourself time and money, don’t go with them.

What happened to phone calls . Awful. Spent nearly an hour resolving a speeding ticket on my insurance . The poor girl doing it deserved a medal T S 4 and deserves every penny she receives. She was so patient and understanding..

Dear Sirs, Jb6 was very polite and professional whilst on the phone however, she did not "process" the renewals as discussed during our conversation and I had to call back today. I sent Jb6 an email about the revised premiums and also wanting to take out breakdown cover on 1 of the vehicles but didn't get a response. So that was also sorted when I called again today. Just logged onto the portal and I've had to confirm renewal of the policies. This wasn't explained when I provided verbal instructions to renew so it's just as well that I logged on otherwise I would have been without motor insurance, which is a legal requirement. So I'm not happy with the service provided. Thanks, Clare Wiener

Avoid at all costs. Wanted to charge me a fortune for a change of vehicle, ended up (after long painful finger tapping phone call to reach the right person) cancelling the policy despite being only one month in, getting next to nothing back after cancellation and taking out a complete new policy with someone else (Admiral) and still making a substantial saving (50%) compared to what it would have cost to make the change on the One-Call policy. I'll never consider these people again for insurance and would recommend that you steer clear of them.

Without permission OneCall kept my bank details and took payment for a second year that I never authorised. I had found a better quote elsewhere. After exhausting queues and sending in evidence that I had other valid insurance from the I was eventually promised a refund, which they never delivered. Further emails I sent were ignored.
