It's OK now GG1 sorted but I will be looking for cheaper insurance as I think your is 2 much and I've been with you a number of years.

Not happy with One Call at all. The website is very confusing, not user friendly and the fact you cannot speak to an agent to discuss your policy is very disconcerting. The option to chat 'live' did not pop up straight away and the phone number listed on the information sent to me on line, is no longer viable.

Onecall did not make me happy, paid to change vehicle, to be told that the company we were with, did not include commuting, which I had paid for. they then found another company and we again paid for. A simple window damage, on another vehicle cost me an extra £101. I'm now frightened to call Onecall should I have anymore issuses.

Got a quote which was 3 x more expensive than last year Tried to cancel but no phone number to actually speak to someone on either the one call web page or with the actual insurance provider Had to set up a portal, using my phone didn't give me a full page, or had a notification at the top of the page which said was currently unavailable on numerous occasions on different days Went onto the one call web page to try and get a new quote and got offered one £130 cheaper Very annoying and frustrating

I took out insurance with one call, not knowing that my daughter had already insured me with their sister company. I cancelled the policy I’d had with one call after only 6 hours after taking it out and they took £50 off my refund. I understand I should have had a cooling off period , but they charged me £50 for 6 hours. Surely not right?

I’m trying to resolve a problem you seem to have with my account But I’m getting absolutely frustrated with the complete inability to get your “ on-line virtual” staff to sort it ! They then just disappear WHY is it not possible to have a human on the end of a phone line? I’m very angry as in the letter I was sent it says quite threateningly respond within SEVEN DAYS to avoid possible cancellation of my policy!!!!

I had a Pay Monthly Policy with One Call. When I took out the policy I queried the monthly renewal but was assured that it was perfectly fine & there would be no issues. On May 2nd I was stopped by the Police for having no insurance and spent 20 minutes at the side of the road while they checked my documents. When I returned home I contacted One Call to ask about this problem. One Call - "The Insurance Database can take up to 72 hours to update. We advise customers to carry their documents" Me: "How will this prevent the Police from stopping me?" SILENCE Me: "So in effect you are saying that ALL One Call pay monthly policy holders must allow an extra 20 minutes for ANY journey undertaken in the first three days of any month?" SILENCE Are we to believe that a group of companies who only ever INCREASE their charges annually cannot afford to invest in an IT system that works in the same way banking does - i.e. instantly? BEWARE - IF YOU TAKE A MONTHLY POLICY WITH ONE CALL YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE STOPPED BY POLICE IN THE FIRST THREE DAYS OF EVERY MONTH!!!!!

One call was never authorised to renew my policy, but they still took the renewal price from my bank, nearly an hour on the phone and the response I got was prove you have insurance elsewhere and we will try to get you your money back. No emails previous to the renewal date. Terrible service I will never use again.

Awful .... Sent me wrong policy details so not let me look at new renewal invite because wrong date .... No number to ring. Only option to speak to a live portal at 5pm in a queue of about 30 .... Awful

Phone one call 10 minutes to talk some one change car to van got price to change over and price 80 more than one call on line how that work being all ready customer always get price on line it cheaper

It is impossible to contact you on android or windows 10. I had to borrow an iPad. It’s taken 3 days to get someone to answer my query. Then you could help me. The person Brandon N (BN1) was excellent. Your portal is useless.

Not today’s communication, previously found the service unhelpful and frustrating. My partners has left One Call for the Same readons. I’m sad to say I will not recommend the company. Today’s cancellation fee including admin, I found extortionate, I paid purely so I had no more dealing with one call. I have to say I get zero satisfaction from having to write negative feedback.please be clear the following scores will be on previous communication and not today.

Tried to cancel my renewal. Spent hours and hours trying to ring ton do this but keep getting cut off. Tried option 1 for you to call back, when I answer cut off again and again and again. Live chat not been working for days. Keeps saying currently not available. My bank has your payment as pending! Absolutely diabolical company. Do not touch them with a barge pole.
