I took out two new motor policies earlier this month for my two cars. 13 days into the policy I received a letter saying that I had to pay an additional £160 due to my not reporting a non fault accident claim made by my wife over 4 years ago. I contacted one call the next working day, Monday morning to be told this was now day 15 so outside the 14 day cooling off period. I would now be charged £380 if I wanted to cancel the cover. I feel that the letter was sent deliberately late to give me no time to respond and I have been cheated.

Very poor company. Impossible to talk to anybody. All done online but unable to insure Named items and very low level on insurance. I cancelled this policy and went to a company that I cal call and talk too if needed. I felt that I was under insured and not enough cover. GET PEOPLE NOT AI

Spoke to Lewis EW9 about a missing policy. Sent me an email link to change my password, which has nothing to do with what I wanted. Portal was offline & when it did come back on, still no policy.. ?

Do not deal with this company unless you want to pestered. I have had 10 texts phone calls in the last 2 months. They take no notice if you say no and phone the next day. Avoid

Renewed insurance on the basis that our company name would appear on the policy. This didn't happen, was then told it wasn't possible. Cancelled insurance.

Do not insure with One Call Insurance as you will not be able to contact them via the portal or telephone. I just wanted to cancel my home and car insurance. However, I am unable to contact them via the website or by telephone. None of their line is able to help and the website does not recognise my details.
