Got a quote which was 3 x more expensive than last year
Tried to cancel but no phone number to actually speak to someone on either the one call web page or with the actual insurance provider
Had to set up a portal, using my phone didn't give me a full page, or had a notification at the top of the page which said was currently unavailable on numerous occasions on different days
Went onto the one call web page to try and get a new quote and got offered one £130 cheaper
Very annoying and frustrating
