I advised the tracking device was causing problems as per the car dealership advice. Your agent advised the only option was for me to cancel my policy and take out a new policy which wasn't pay as you drive. I requested a price for the new policy and how much to swap over. The agent closed the chat with no price for the new policy and a non understandable cancellation fee of old policy. I also gave my email address so I could receive a copy of the chat but have received nothing

Renewal price £108, an increase of £40 on last year. Their fee of £40 is over the top. Gone with Devitt same cover £70. Suggest you get quotes from other companies.

I dealt with NP3 and was very pleased with way that The question was answered. Although it was to cancel a Policy I would recommend One Call to my friends

Customer services (renewal notifications) are presuming and patronising. Ie ‘we know you haven’t claimed and the new premiums are higher than previous, you could take the opportunity to shop around for a better price’
