i rang to query/cancel my renewal as the price rise was quite high. i chatted with an agent named Kadie - KT7. i am assuming this was a female - whatever, the agent was very helpful, asked a couple of questions of me and then after a short wait came back to me with a much better price with less excess to pay if claim made. Really good service and better than hanging around at the end of a phone for hours before you are dealt with. Quite happy to continue using OneCall for another year.

MB1 helped me when I needed to find a suitable contents insurance to suit my budget, I had got a quote which was rather expensive but when I chatted with MB1 she instantly found me a quote that I was very happy with, she was both helpful and informative, and willing to send both email plus new insurance in post, Im so glad I spoke to her, she is an absolute assett to One Call

MC2 was very helpful and clear, he answered all of my questions. 5 stars for him. I did however find contacting onecall insurance difficult, the phone service did not allow an option to discuss legal cover, but the 'chat' feature was actually preferable in the end.

KT1 was very helpful when I contacted One Call with a query about renewing my insurance. She was very friendly and efficient and was able to answer my questions. Absolutely not happy. Most companies I have insured with send the documents by email and you log into your set up account to access them. Not One Call who constantly send activation emails when I have already activated my account. Live chat informs me that it’s because I haven’t logged in again but I haven’t needed to. I’d just about had enough and asked to cancel as I’ve only had the policy for 7 days but was told I’d need to pay £50 to do this. Chances of me renewing this after a year are zero

Contacted One Call as apparently my email and date of birth that I have had for many years were incorrect!. I required proof of NCD. I communicated with NN" who was polite, efficient and smiled throughout.
