“BB7 called me back much quicker than expected and dealt with my issue in a positive and helpful way. Just what I needed after spending a whole afternoon trying to get a call back from other members of staff in the right department. I was frustrated bc the call backs were by people in the motor team when my query concerned buildings insurance. And recorded information said to allow an hour for a call back to be made, but this became 72hrs once I made a call back request over the phone. 3 stars rating is bc of that. BB7 however was a 5 star service.”

“I contacted One Call today to discuss my camper insurance renewal. The agent Charlie (CH5) I spoke to was excellent, he sorted out my changes and dealt with my requests in a very proficient manner. The information was spot on and the chat was very efficient, probably one of the best online chats I've had. I felt like he was only dealing with me rather than other customers which felt like a rarity. One Call offer a great service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.”
