“I didn't have to wait long for a call back. The lady Leanne Warren -LE6 introduced her self (sounded bright and cheerful) I ask if there's anyway of reducing the price of the policy. A couple of minutes later she came back with a price that suited my wallet. Thank you.”

“My request to cancel my home insurance and change the address of my car insurance was dealt with swiftly and my call handler AK7 was very polite and helpful, I do apologise that I can't remember her name I have spoken to so many people today but she will be known to you as AK7.
