hi. used site fpr issue had with documents . JC1 jasmin on chat sorted and will have docs sent out in paper form , as when took insurance out should have been sent as requested, so if recieve all good, thanku jc1 jasmin

LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 - Leanne contacted me as I had been trying to switch from annual payment to monthly instalments. Not only was she able to sort this easily , she was also able to reduce my annual premium by a significant amount and ergo my monthly instalments . Totally not expecting that and so grateful! Amazing help from LE6- Leanne Warren. Today is a Sunday - a morning or Morse and then Sunday Brunch only 'BUT' the outstanding service i got from Leanne needs a mention! I typically dread renewing 'anything' online or on the phone as its boring, lengthy just 'one of those jobs'. Except this time! Leanne from one call made it 'easy AND enjoyable' AND at a great price! I have asked 'her specifically' to call me at renewal next year (I never auto renew with anyone) because, honestly, if it's the same straightforward service, price, enjoyable chat in between I will do exactly the same as this year - and for all forthcoming years and stay with One call and LE6- Leanne.
