“Very decent service by the chat. Would recommend. My agent was ti2, and then managed to attend to my need only down four, not with the agent but with the service. The time out for the chat is only five minutes. Which, for a chat service, is a little bit inconvenient because my chatting did automatically twice the whole point of a chat, I believe, is so that one can chat at their own pace. Small gripe. Doesn't affect the actual service I got in the end, which was five stars.”

“Jasmine (JM3) was excellent throughout & helped me to obtain proof of my NCD from Saga. She rang them on my behalf (after she asked me to get her permission to do so) as they were being a little difficult. Her colleague (JM6 - sorry can't remember his name) also assisted during this process which was a little stressful. Thankfully Jasmine sorted it all for me. Can't speak too highly of her. Cheers jamie Cambridge”
