“I have been having trouble with my direct debit and and as a consequence my insurance could be cancelled so I was very anxious , but after speaking to Lewis EW9 I was put at ease with his understanding and resolution to my problem, followed by an assurance as I paid the missed payment by a certain date, then there would be no further action. Very happy with being dealt with in clear and precise manner. Thank you EW9”

“Thank you RE1 for your time yesterday to discuss the renewal of my car insurance. You were very clear and concise while talking through any relevant changes in circumstances etc, in order to provide me with a better price which was much appreciated. My query was dealt with in a speedy but professional manner, and it was an actual pleasure talking to you because you made the process so much easier - usually any kind of contract/renewal conversations simply stress me out (this one obviously did not)! Many thanks for your help :D”
