Very helpful. Not only got my premium down but also tried very hard to deal with a question not usually asked regarding a hot tub. Called me back a couple of times as the signal was bad. Would certainly recommend them if their service is as good with claims as it is with the onboarding. TD1 Thomas Didcock was extremely helpful and happy to help.

Excellent service and a fairly short wait queue, agent EW2 was particularly polite and helpful on chat. Premium uplift for a change of car during the policy term was broadly as expected having obtained a quick quote elsewhere. Admin charges were not unreasonable and reduced given that I was unable to complete the transaction via the online system (car only very recently registered).

Agent ref KT7 I contacted you intending not to renew as the quote received was too high. After submitting a few details a new quote was given which was very acceptable and I went ahead. This was all done in a very efficient and polite manner and I cannot thank the agent enough for the way she dealt with me.

The lady I spoke to was really friendly and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble she helped me sort out the online portal and stayed on the phone and talked me through it and I was able ro set it up and also sorted out paper work as I wanted a hard copy posti g out to me of my policy, I have asked for these details and help on numerous phone calls and I have be left not feeling listen to. But thanks to this lady I feel listed to and my mind put at ease she is an asset to your company thank very much think name was ellie bird

Advisor Ref. EC1 - I have just opted to renew again with One Call Insurance; I am more then happy with them. Having just had a small discrepancy with my renewal invite I chose to speak to an advisor on the phone & cannot fault the service I received from him (Username EC1) - he explained very clearly what had happened to produce the discrepancy & resolved it instantly. Job well done!

LE6.Leanne Warren-le6 took the time to find the answer to my question. Thank you. I wanted to renew my car insurance quote on the phone and Leanne dealt with my renewal in a timely manner. I liked the way Leanne listened to me which was a much different experience using the ChatBot! I think it is tricky trying to explain yourself without talking to a human and Leanne was my perfect human today! Thank you and keep up the good work.
