“**GM2**, I found Georgia to be polite, friendly and very professional when dealing with my multiple queries. I felt very comfortable when conversing my concerns. She never rushed me, or spoke over me. I feel that one of her biggest attributes was her ability to listen and I found her to be clear and concise when discussing my issues and new policy. You must be very proud to have a member of staff who treat your customers with respect!”
