“I am writing this review after a series of appalling experiences with their customer service. Threatened with cancellation despite paying: After changing my car on the policy and paying the required difference in full, I received a call out of nowhere informing me my policy was being cancelled. Complete administrative chaos. Fraudulent claim logged BEFORE I even picked up my new car: Most recently, a fraudulent claim was allowed to be logged against my new vehicle before I had even brought it home or taken possession of it. When I contacted customer service to fix this obvious error, the representative was unhelpful, and offered zero assistance. It feels like this company actively works against its own customers. Avoid them at all costs if you expect basic support, accurate policy management, or protection against fraudulent claims.”
