Unfortunately had to cancel my policy as I was changing my car and the quote to change was too high. Since obtaining another policy I contacted One Call to cancel my current policy and after communication with NK3 was informed that another policy could have been sourced at a more competitive price. I think this could have been sorted if customers were able to speak personally with staff to avoid any confusion, but I appreciate your working practice. 5 out of 5 for NK3 though

Like a Netflix Subscription for Anxiety” KT7 Renewing my home insurance with One Insurance was smoother than my attempts at DIY—though that’s not saying much, given I once superglued a cupboard shut. The whole thing auto-renewed while I was innocently boiling the kettle, blissfully unaware my bank account was about to be mugged by “peace of mind.” Suddenly, I get an email saying, “Congratulations! You’re covered for another year!” — as if I’d just won the lottery rather than signed a binding contract I forgot I had. Still, I must admit, it was nice not having to wrestle with comparison sites again. No “what’s your roof made of” or “when did you last insult the structural integrity of your house?” Just me, One Insurance, and a quiet understanding: they’ll keep me insured, and I’ll pretend I meant to renew all along. Pros: ✅ No paperwork, no drama. ✅ The house is protected, even if the cat isn’t. ✅ The premium only went up by the price of a Pret sandwich (but the fancy kind with truffle oil). Cons: ❌ No one sent balloons or confetti. ❌ I still don’t understand what “Accidental Damage Cover” really means—is that for when I fall through the attic again? Would I recommend it? Sure. But if One Insurance could throw in a complimentary bottle of wine with each renewal, I’d bump this up to 5 stars and name my next plant after them.

The person TM7 was very polite and was very helpful although the new quote is still more expensive that a can get elsewhere his customer service was the reason I stayed loyal to yourselves

well first and formost, the young lady paige from begining to end so helpful did not rush me i stumbuled few times but kept saying take your time. and page user numbe PBi.. so helpfull so cherry as well plesant manner , i hope she kepps dealing with customer service no her job. made it so easey if only me the one phone call. thank you paige.
