Having discussed my household insurance renewal with Tom (TD1) today, we came amicably to a figure that was an improvement from the quoted figure originally sent. I would say that it would save a lot of time if realistic renewal quotes were sent first of all. But then that’s how the insurance industry operates and I don’t suppose it’s going to change anytime soon.

TJ2 was extremely helpful and quick to resolve my two issues I had, through the online chat. Everything resolved within 10 minutes PHEW. When you don't have time to wait around this really does help when people are efficient.

Spoke to Jess today (JB6) looking for a lower motor insurance quote. She was extremely friendly and efficient and did find me a lower quote which I am totally happy with.
