Spoke with JF3 about my renewal and she was able to reduce my annual premium without too much fuss or overselling of other products. Overall a good experience, although as a existing customer this annual "dance" of reducing my premium is a pain.

Just had a live chat with the team but was the incorrect dept and was quickly transferred to the correct team who also respond very promptly, IS1 was my agent who quickly handled my query and update everything I needed, to be honest I'm happy with the renewal process and how it works with Onecall and now have a fixed 3year term on my policy. I have been with Onecall Ins for my Car & Home Ins for quite some time now and service has always been great so not likely to change providers.

I spoke with SL4 and she had a nice easy going manner from the start - which I always appreciate in a business call - I spelt out my difficulties thinking I would need to explain in detail - but it wasn't a problem to SL4 as she understood straight away and quickly sorted it out in ten minutes - top marks should be given!! JM3 was excellent today, handled my query extremely professionally. He corrected an error caused by another member of staff. The error impacted my premium. He investigated my assertion that the information I gave was 100% accurate(which it was)! He confirmed that and assured me I had no further costs to pay. To get service of this level is exceptionally rare in 2025. At all times he kept to time scales promised. Left me totally happy and impressed! Well done
