Can't talk to someone, only online chat, wanted to stop my renewal - (quite an easy task) but the person decided to cancel my insurance without me knowing, so I missed a payment & once sorted this out, messaged to make sure I'm covered again & the person said that my renewal hasn't been cancelled. WOW, can't believe a company like one call won't give mobiles out to staff. Won't be back
