Id seriously question using. Had to continually chase to activate my policy as it wasn't showing online in their portal system. Even though my money had been taken. Furthermore I had to again chase as the tool protection insurance I had taken out wasn't mentioned at all, but again the money had been taken. Very frustrating and time wasting experience exacerbated by only doing this online, as you can't contact them by phone which I was unaware of at inception
