Never had trouble before but since changing my policy to include Business class and cancelling my existing policy which I paid by direct debit and taking out a new one which I paid in FULL I am STILL getting chasing emails saying my insurance will be cancelled as I haven’t paid my direct debit. I have phoned them up several times and spoken via live chat after waiting quite a while on the phone and both staff members have been very helpful and apologetic but yet I find out today in my pending payments awaiting approval from my bank, they are still trying to take out my cancelled direct debit. I really don’t know why it is so difficult for them to understand and why on earth they cannot get it right. Makes me wonder if I did have to make a claim what difficulty I would experience trying to sort everything out.
