Everything is on line which I struggle with.
I had a few things I needed to TALK about regarding my policy & for last 3 hours iv been passed from pillar to post & clicked on your portals!
I STILL need to change my bank details for the direct debit due to splitting with my husband of 27 years & it keeps saying there’s an error.
I do not like putting bank details on internet at best of times & last week I thought I was doing Direct Debit for TV license & it was a fraudulent site so iv had to get a new bank account.
Today I have been through far Too many of your portals & filled MY Bank details in only to be told error, yet I made a payment with same card & that went through practically immediately.
Sorry but iv got splitting headache & still not sorted it out!
