I am rating One Call as a sum total of all my recent contact. The people on chat are trying to help, but are limited to a script or area of help. I am not sure what the issue is, the automated parts of the process and issues outside of the normal. But all 3 accounts I have with you have gone wrong over the last few months. I think the biggest concern I have is that you are potentially taking money via the renewal process from people and if they don't check their bank statements they wont know. You didn't send any renewal information out and we as we advised you, were insuring with someone else. there is something going wrong that needs to be fixed.
