Lack of ability to speak with someone in call centre so instead spent an hour and a half on live chat to potentially change car on my policy - cost to do so was very expensive premium so shopped elsewhere and saved myself £800 by going with Lv , then spent another ridiculous length of time on live chat waiting to cancel policy - long gaps in replies on the chat meant very time consuming process- disappointing compared with other live chat services I’ve used such as Amazon
