Tried to change insurance to a new car but new car is not covered by existing underwriter so now have to pay a fee of £55 to cancel the policy. Its frustrating to do this all via chat as it took over an hour to find out I can't change.
Very reasonably priced insurance as long as you never need to claim, make changes or get in contact with them.
The contact on the chat was very nice but obviously could not help with my query.
