Kieran I was very helpful and succeeded in getting me the cover I wanted. Initially I attempted to make the change online but after I had filled in all the details I was referred to Live Chat and had to give all the same information again. Using Live Chat itself (not including my initial online attempt) took far longer than a phone call used to. It took 1 hour and 40 mins - so the 2-3 Hours is the total time it took. Will be pleased when can again contact by phone after the pandemic.
