I am disappointed that I’ve spoken to the live chat today and then been told, firstly that if I want to cancel my insurance I have to pay over £250 because I have made a claim, despite it being a no fault claim. Then after that the live chat said they’d look into the no fault and came back with the response of: have you asked for a transfer of insurance and new quote? Which didn’t answer my question. I then asked if I could transfer my insurance and the next response was that he would get a member of the sales team to contact me today - four hours later and I have had no call! I really need this sorting and it is so frustrating because all that seems to happen is that I have been passed from pillar to post without a solution. I am utterly disgusted at being told that I would have to pay the remaining £250 just because I have had a claim. Appalling, I wouldn’t recommend one call for customer service in this instance. I feel utterly let down. If you want to leave, they just want to sting you!
