In terms of insurance they have been fine - no claims made/no issues etc. However, when trying to amend policy with change of address, I found the Live Chat poor. I was timed out several times, despite not leaving the page. The response from the person was slow and at the end I was told to go through another route to make the changes (platinum). Annoyingly, I was taken to the chat from the link on my online policy to amend address!
