Had great difficulty in the process of purchase, where features included in the quote appeared as "optional extras" later in the process. This was particularly annoying when it happened AFTER taking my bank details. This was very confusing. Then, when I declined to continue, the purchase went through, anyway.
Whilst querying the problem, I was told that I would have to pay £49 to cancel the policy, regardless of whether the policy features matched my quote.
I would strongly advise (as on ALL websites), to read every word on every page / screen and take screenshots to support any problems which could ensue.
