First person I spoke to on live chat about adding my 17 year old daughter to my car insurance said I would be better off going through portal, I went through and was given a number to ring which said they are not open and to use live chat. When I went to portal it read that you would quote for learner drivers but when I spoke to a rep on live chat I was then told sorry we can't do it but follow this link and they will give you a quote. Company was good when I started insuring with you 5+ years ago, I just can't believe that I have to set up a separate insurance for my daughter now.
