I got insurance from your company and 2 weeks later received letter it was cancelled because I didn't provide information which I did the same day I purchased the insurance. It shocked me,even the fact no calls nothing was made and I received letter day after supposed cancellation. I contacted customer service who told me to disregard letter as they have all information. But why to scare people like this for no reason? I was just about to drop my husband to work and had to go through hassle to contact customer service. Not impressed at all.
