Trying to deal with a claim for a damaged tyre was more difficult than the system put in place by the local council that had failed to fill the previously reported pothole that I hit. Initially the webchat person referred to Claims, but they referred me back to you; I then had along further webchat about the difficulty in completing the online form.
I understand that it is considered to be my fault, but there is no option for that eventually on the online claim form.
