I called up One Call for a quote on my new (old) bike, as previously they have been competitive. This time however, after using the online quote system where my bike didn't appear, I used the live chat and was told that a colleague would call me back.
I spoke to CT2, who seemed to use the same dropdown list system I had, and unsurprisingly the bike wasn't listed there.
At this point I was informed that there was nothing that could be done. So that was the end of that, and I had to take my business elsewhere.
