Was charged a substantial extra amount after taking out my motor policy last year for getting the date of my last claim wrong by 3 days. This included an admin fee. Then, after I changed my car in Jan, I was charged an extra premium (sort of expected) and a £25 admin fee, when I'd done all the work myself online! Quote for new policy was over £200 higher than the one I'll be taking, even after the operator ran it again, its over £100 higher. Will not be using this company again, Just a bunch of money grabbers.
