Not impressed. Customer service was good the first time I called - except for a long wait on chat - although I had to call to correct a 'statement of fact' that did not reflect what i had told them. The second time, the phone line was closed (at 11.00 on a Friday), and despite the insurance certificate explicitly saying that I was covered for business use, this was denied by the representative on chat, on the grounds that I was retired (which presumably does not exclude the possibility that I carried out occasional jobs, or charity work). I was then told that to use the car for charity work I would have to pay an additional £67. The whole chat call took over 30 minutes. The certificate itself was only available as a pdf and could not be printed out using Acrobat - the text did not appear. I shall not use this company again.
