Found chat room unpleasant and not very helpfull, prefer to talk on the phone .
All phone phone lines down !!!
What happens if you have a accident and cant phone ? Not impressed ! Thinking of cancelling within 14 days ! You state in your application you will post documentation, but had to fight to get chat room to agree to post them ! Dissapointing
