This is about customer service and having to use live chat to get information about current policy. It took twenty minutes to be given the phone number to call if you breakdown. This was preceeded by a nine minute wait for the live chat to start. Twenty nine minutes. I think you can do better, a lot better. And maybe you should think about a name change - you can't call at all, no customer service phone numbers!
