Three days and numerous calls to renew policy after my husband policy holder died. Not able to phone directly makes service very slow and online chat don’t call back when they say they will. Had to use email and live chat and eventually telephone and only persevered as Tom TB3 did genuinely seem to be trying to get me a quote I was happy with and met my needs
