Now you have gone all on-line, enquiries take longer ,if you have changed your e-mail address you cannot log in. It takes longer to address a situation by typing back and forth, I am not a typist or a computer expert, so very frustrating, the telephone system previously was far better and quicker and personal, used yourselves for many years and recommended you. Now will look around at next renewal and poor reccomendations. Mr A.Milton
