i needed to simply add one driver (my son aged 52) to my insurance. No way to contact you by telephone - tried 'chat'. Helpful but slow since operatives busy. Eventually after going through all the hoops, operative suggested better if I went through Portal. Re-set password as last attempt to access Portal had failed dismally. This time it worked. Went through all the hoops again with portal and anticipated some success as system seemed to be reacting well. Unfortunately at the last hurdle, was informed that the service i required could not be completed through Portal. The website suggested i should go through 'chat'. Please respond with sensible procedure, driver addition needed from 21st June 20-21. Thank you
