EP7 was very good and finally I got the insurance I wanted. But your live chat is a complete waste of time. It took 3 hours to complete a task which should have taken 10mins by phone. 4 times I had to repeat the same answer's to the questions that were put to me, the system either logged me out or it timed me out even though I was waiting for your team to get back to the answer I had sent. In my opinion there's nothing like speaking to somebody to get things sorted. I did ask for a phone call but didn't get one! So as to ask how did you communicate with the company and actually put telephone down as an answer!!!
