There seems to be a whole raft of documents that are available on your portal but will not open when I ask for ‘all documents’ to be downloaded, although they will open individually. I am told by one of your representatives that this is a fault with my device. I think not. Other documents from other Insurance Companies (eg Swinton for my house insurance) have opened perfectly well today.
My Certificate of Insurance is headed ‘One Insurance Ltd’ but my log in details were not recognised until I was told that I should be logging in to ‘One Call Insurance’. Confusing to say the least. How do you expect me to know this?
We were promised the documents in the post on 13th June within ‘5 to 7 working days’.
When they did not arrive I was only able to query this through a Web Chat. It is difficult to talk a problem through this way (30th in the queue for the first chat). Although your agents did well under the circumstances, the issues weren’t resolved after 4 chats.
I appreciate the hard copies are paper intensive but you produce them so please don’t play ‘the environment’ card when I can’t access those documents through your clumsy portal.
Sorry to sound so belligerent but I have spent the thick end of yesterday afternoon trying to see details you advise me to look at.
I understand you will be putting them in 2nd Class post tomorrow, so I expect to see them in the middle of next week.
I know you are web based, but it’s simply not working, so a telephone number would be appreciated (you’ve got mine!). Why on earth do you call yourselves 'One Call'?
