Chatted online but still have not received my policy in hard copy (I couldn’t download it). Policy starts on 1 July so would like to check it. Not happy that you can’t speak to anyone, it takes too long having to wait for an answer. I can’t see a problem in speaking to someone as sometimes it’s difficult to explain what you need to know.
