Customer service is lovely until something goes wrong. Also they added accident cover as part of my car insurance but didn’t cancel it when I cancelled my car insurance. At no point was I ever told that it was from a different subsiduary and would need to be cancelled separately. Took me a couple of months to work out why my direct debit hadn’t stopped. Cancelling was then far from simple as the other company are only accessible via web form.
