Waited for c40 mins for phone call to be answered only to be told that I would have to use the portal. I did ask what I should do if I didn't have easy access to a computer - told 'use your mobile'. Well I've been trying to add my grandson to my policy for about 20 mins and no success. It just asking over and over and over again for my name and date of birth. So cross
