Letter arrived 10 DAYS after it was written, asking me to validate my licence before 14 days when it would be cancelled. I had already paid over £300 to renew my car insurance 3 days earlier than it was due. I rang them as soon as I had received on Friday at 3:45 and answer machine said they were closed and I would find their opening times on their web site. Disappointed and disillusioned.
