Really would have preferred to talk to someone on the phone but couldn't get a number so had to try to sort things out via online chat which was a nightmare. One of the first pieces of information I gave was my son's date of birth who I was trying to add to a policy yet I had to answer a multitude of questions thereafter only to be told eventually that he couldn't be added to the policy as he was too young. Very frustrating.
