I'm happy enough with my policy, only took it out on 3 July, it's 28 July today. I asked whether I could add a friend to my policy for a weekend. After a very slow process in waiting my turn to post my question on webchat then go through lengthy process which I could have done myself I was told it wasn't an option to add a driver unless I cancelled my policy and took out a new policy and added an additional driver then. Really slow, poor service with an unsatisfactory outcome
