I used the live chat service to give my national insurance number to verify my license details and was told by the advisor that my license check was good and my policy won't be cancelled.
The next day I got an email saying that I need to give them a DVLA check code or my policy will be cancelled.
Sort it out One Call, I've got better things to do with my time.
