Spent around 30 minutes on line chat trying to get a quote for a car I may buy. Advised to go onto the portal. Did that, it let me put today's date in the box but wouldn't let me put today's date in the second box, then a message unfortunately we are unable to do this, go onto the on line chat for an agent to help. So went back to the lady who told be to go on the portal in the first place for her to pass me to another department another 20 minutes later I'd had enough, all I wanted was a quote, overall a very long drawn out and tedious process.
